Loved my visit to MOD Coffeehouse in Galveston! I tried the French vanilla latte with almond milk and it was awesome—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The vibe here is cozy and laid-back, with great indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a relaxing coffee break.

Today was my second time going to MOD, the first time I went I loved the coffee, didn’t really like the food (cheddar scone) but the experience of placing my order was a little odd. I walked in, started giving my order to a younger woman, she randomly walks away mid order and a guy steps in with literally no explanation lol The guy who ended up finishing taking my order was very cold and un welcoming. Today my experience was totally different, both people working were super friendly and the guy who took my order was very social and nice. The coffee was 10/10 as always.

Stopped by for some coffee, got the hummingbird, Lemon Bar, and Matcha Ginger Lemonade cost price was around 18 dog even got a pup cup, it also cost but didn’t know! Nice outdoor area too

MOD Coffeehouse is a great spot in downtown Galveston Island, offering well-crafted coffee in a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We ordered a Flat White, and they definitely know how to make it right—excellent espresso with perfectly balanced milk. They also have a nice selection of pastries to complement your drink. The cafe is divided into two sections. The first room, where you order, has a lot of character and a unique charm. The second seating area, however, feels somewhat unfinished—almost like it’s waiting for inspiration and final touches to bring it to life. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warmth of the place. But what truly sets MOD Coffeehouse apart is the patio. Completely wrapped in greenery and vines, it creates a peaceful, shaded retreat. I’d definitely prefer to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere surrounded by nature. A solid choice for anyone looking for quality coffee and a laid-back, welcoming vibe in Galveston. Highly recommended!

Cute coffee shop! Great for work and school work! Delicious drinks! Kid friendly items! Staff was sweet and helpful! The zucchini banana bread was delicious! OH AND YOU CANT FORGET THE WONDERFUL FRAGRANT FLOWERS RIGHT OUTSIDE!!

Came on Monday morning as a group of three and we went back three times! The coffee is delicious and their matcha was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and is made in house. We had a kolache and carrot cookie and they were to die for! Would definitely be coming back.

Such a cute and inviting little coffee shop here! Definitely not somewhere to miss out on if you want to grab a cup of coffee, get work done, or chat with friends! I had a large El Diablo (mocha latte with cayenne and chili), and the carrot cake cookie sandwich. I loved both of them, but the spicy latte is definitely not for everyone!
